Job summary

Res Group is seeking a site-based worker to safely perform Civil/Electrical duties and assist with pile driving for solar arrays. You will follow safety procedures, communicate with team members, and ensure work aligns with project drawings.

The role requires reviewing plans, maintaining equipment, reliable attendance, and a valid driver’s license. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must provide a resume.
• Experience with pile driving (recent rigging/groundsman).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to meet attendance schedule with dependability.
• Provide personal transportation to the job site.
• Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization.
• Must pass 10 panel drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform Civil/Electrical duties at the project site.
• Assist operators to drive piles to provide support for solar arrays/panels.
• Review project plans and drawings to ensure the project is built to design.
• Communicate job information to important parties.
• Operate all equipment safely and maintain tools and equipment.
• Perform safety checks and keep areas clean.
