Job summary

RES is seeking a field technician to safely perform Civil/Electrical duties at the project site in Texas. You will assist operators to drive piles to support solar arrays and review plans for correct alignment.

The role requires strict safety compliance, ability to measure equipment, maintain tools, and pass a drug screen. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must provide a resume.
• Experience with pile driving (recent rigging/groundsman experience).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
• Minimum age 18.
• Provide personal transportation to and from the job site.
• Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization; Must pass 10 panel drug screen and background check.

• Review project plans and drawings and ensure that the project is built according to design
• Communicate job information to important parties
• Operates all equipment in a safe manner and efficient working practices
• Maintain tools and equipment; perform safety checks
• Clean equipment as required

Qualifications

• The position requires the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth, and color perception
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

Anticipated base salary range

$20/hr - $23/hr
