Job summary

Res Group is seeking a site-based worker to safely perform Civil/Electrical duties and assist with pile driving for solar arrays. You will follow safety procedures, communicate with team members, and ensure work aligns with project drawings.

The role requires reviewing plans, maintaining equipment, reliable attendance, and a valid driver’s license. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Summary:

Requirements:

• Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
• Assist operators to drive piles to provide support for solar arrays/panels
• Ability to measure and "spot" equipment
• Review project plans and drawings and ensure that the project is built according to design
• Communicate job information to important parties
• Operates all equipment in a safe manner and efficient working practices
• Maintain tools and equipment; perform safety checks
• Clean equipment as required

Qualifications:

• Must be able to provide a resume
• Must have experience with pile driving(recent rigging/groundsman experience)
• Valid Driver’s License
• The position requires the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth, and color perception
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
• Provide personal transportation to and from the job site
• Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
• Must pass 10 panel drug screen and background check
