Job summary

Pioneer Crossing Landfill at JP Mascaro & Sons is seeking a Construction Heavy Equipment Operator to join our on-site team in Birdsboro, PA. You will operate track hoes, rollers, pavers, excavators and skid steers as part of daily earthmoving tasks.

Work outdoors in all weather, adhere to safety practices around utilities, and maintain clean, organized worksites. We offer competitive salary, health and life insurance, a 401K with company match, and eligibility for annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Track Hoe, Rollers, Pavers, Excavators and Skid Steers on site.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, perform routine tool/materials maintenance.
• Coordinate with crew to ensure safety and efficiency on daily tasks.
• Follow site safety rules and PPE requirements.
