J.P. Mascaro & Sons seeks a Construction Laborer to support onsite operations at the Pioneer Crossing Landfill in Birdsboro, PA.

This full‑time, day shift role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands‑on work across demolition, remodeling, flooring installation, and carpentry tasks. You will operate heavy equipment as needed, read simple schematics, and help set up job sites while maintaining a clean, organized site and following all safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Previous construction experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of remodeling techniques is beneficial.
• Familiarity with stucco application methods is a plus.
• Experience in flooring installation is advantageous.
• Understanding of frame carpentry principles is desirable.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onsite construction operations as instructed by supervisor.
• Assist in remodeling tasks, including demolition and installation of new structures.
• Support flooring installation efforts, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting.
• Engage in frame carpentry activities, constructing frameworks for buildings.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Set up signs and cones around the work area to divert traffic.
• Ensure all safety rules and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Keep the onsite roads/surrounding area litter free.
• Special projects and other job duties as assigned.
