Job Description

The Laborer will report to the Operations Manager of All-In Removal. Our company is searching for a detail-oriented individual who will work closely with our Operations Manager and Foreman in maintaining cleanliness and order at both of All-In’s locations. Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Prioritize safety: Make safety the number one priority in all aspects of the position and encourage others to do the same. Report any mishaps or near misses immediately to a Manager/Supervisor.
2. Power wash All-In containers.
3. Sand, scrape, and grind old paint and rust off containers.
4. Paint and repaint containers.
5. Place All-In logos and stickers appropriately on containers.
6. Clean eye wash station.
7. Proper use of walking/rolling magnet to remove nails and screws from ground.
8. Mow, weed, and trim hedges on the property.
9. Identify the location of runoff drains and keep them clean daily.
10. Wash and vacuum company vehicles.
11. Keep shop and property areas clean.
12. Ensure all tools, supplies, and power washers are put away and secured at the end of each day.
