ABOUT THE ROLE

Primary responsibilities include assisting in production functions and plant maintenance.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas
• Support continuous production by delivering plant cleaning services (which includes shovelling, sweeping, & vacuum activities)
• Prioritizes safety, then quality, followed by production
• Understand and comply with Environmental and Health & Safety policies to assure that environmental, health, and safety are the first priority
• Communicate effectively and timely with staff
• Ensure all work areas are clean, tidy, and organized at all times
• Ability to use tools safely and effectively
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Required Eduction: High School Diploma/GED
• Required Work Experience: Knowledge of prouducts, industry terminology

• Additional Requirements :

  Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative
