A Laborer works under the general supervision of the Production Supervisor, Plant Engineer, and Quality Control Manager, performing various principal responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing general labor tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, cleaning, stenciling bags, restacking, repacking, bucketing, un-bucketing, and cleaning out mixers.
2. Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
3. Ensuring safety, environmental standards, and team and individual performance meet high standards within a team-based organization.

Preferred Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, count, and maintain accurate and legible paperwork.
• Capability to perform lifting (up to 80 lbs.), shoveling, and sweeping as required.
• Maintaining good safety and housekeeping habits, keeping the work area clean and organized.
