Job Responsibilities

1. Perform physical labor for telecommunications construction projects.
2. Experience in general construction, flagging, landscaping, concrete restoration, and working with drilling crews is a plus.
3. Flag and direct traffic safely to ensure a smooth work zone.
4. Assist crew with directional drilling, excavation, trenching, pipe installation, backfilling, and restoration.
5. Set up and take down the job site daily.
6. Perform routine labor tasks such as potholing, equipment setup, conduit, duct, cable placement, and pedestal setting.
7. Hand dig around utilities in holes and trenches.
8. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain site cleanliness.
9. Ensure accountability of tools and materials.

Additional Abilities

1. Willing to work in all weather conditions.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Physical ability to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift daily.
4. Communicate professionally with colleagues, homeowners, and clients.
5. Reliable and responsible with good attendance.
