Crucial Link Hiring: 3rd Shift General Laborer (Brook Park)

• Shift: 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Pay: $19.33/hr (during 1st shift training, 2-4 weeks), then $19.63/hr once on 3rd
• Requirements: Forklift experience required; food handling experience preferred

Job Duties:

• Lift/move 50-70 lb bags, boxes, and pallets
• Operate a forklift safely
• Follow GMPs and allergen management procedures
• Operate System 4 blending system for batter and bread mixes
• Clean and organize the work area to maintain safety and quality standards
• Stage materials for smooth shift transitions and communicate with the next shift
• Cross-train in various tasks, including cleaning, material staging, and filling in for other positions when needed

Once hired on, this becomes a Union position with the UFCW (United Food and Commercial Workers) allowing you to take advantage of Union Benefits.
