Position: General Laborer (Racker)

Location: Medina, OH 44256

Industry: Metal Plating

Shifts Available: 2nd

2pm - 10pm

Reporting to: Adam (Plant Manager)

MJ Morgan Group is searching for a General Laborer to work at our client’s Metal Plating facility. This facility is a small shop located in Medina, OH (44256) and plates metal parts for different industries.

Our client has over 50 years of experience in the metal plating industry, servicing the entire midwest region. In this role, you will be performing a wide range of zinc, zinc-iron, and zinc-nickel metal plating.

Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn in the industry, and grow this position in to a long-term opportunity.

Qualifications and Essential Skills:

• Must be able to work in a non-temperature controlled environment.

• Must be able to work on your feet, for the entire duration of the shift.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

• Must have a good attitude.

• Must want to learn and grow!

Job Description:

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Placing metal parts on racks, to be electroplated.

• Removing metal parts from rack after plating.

• Performing quality inspection checks on each part.

• Material handling.

• Other general labor tasks as assigned.
