ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing a wide range of physically demanding tasks under supervision, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

What You Will Get To Do

• Adhere to all Cemex and OSHA safety rules, wearing proper safety equipment at all times.
• Meet or exceed company safety standards.
• Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, and concrete work with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site.
• Assist with concrete form construction, mixing, and pouring.
• Support minor maintenance and repair activities.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, shoveling, etc.

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with MSHA or OSHA regulations, operating hoses, unloading materials, and working with rail cars.
• Effective communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to different tasks and environments.
• Consistent attendance and safety-focused performance.

Working Conditions

• Strict adherence to safety protocols and use of protective gear.
• Work in diverse environments, including outdoor industrial settings.
• Physical requirements include frequent walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing.
