Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; on-site laboratory experience preferred.
• ASCP certification or attainment within 6 months of hire.
• CTBS certification or completion within 3 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret complex laboratory testing in CLIA subspecialties and non-clinical testing.
• Maintain quality control procedures, records, and CAPAs as required.
• Operate LIS systems, monitor equipment, and manage reagents and supplies in a safe, organized environment.
• Document test results and communicate findings promptly and accurately.
