Qualifications

• BS in Medical Laboratory Science or related field required.
• Major in Medical Laboratory Science.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute-care laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, testing and quality control.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate patient results.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must meet applicable laboratory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze and report laboratory results according to established procedures.
• Follow quality control, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment as required.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving laboratory testing issues.
