Job summary
Mosaic Diagnostics in Kansas is seeking a Laboratory Technologist I–III to perform medical laboratory tests in a fast paced clinical setting. You will prepare reagents, calibrators and controls, operate GCMS/LCMS, and analyze data for reporting to physicians.
The role requires Bachelor’s degree in biology/chemistry or medical technology, with experience in LCMS/GCMS and CLIA compliance. Strong analytical skills, documentation, and teamwork are essential in this on-site position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or medical technology.
- GCMS or LCMS: 1 year of experience.
- Laboratory experience and ability to operate automated platforms.
- Familiarity with CLIA regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical reasoning and data interpretation skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform medical laboratory tests and analyses for patient specimens.
- Prepare calibrators, quality controls and reagents for testing.
- Operate and maintain instrumentation including GCMS/LCMS.
- Enter results into LIMS/LIS and ensure report accuracy.
- Maintain quality control records and adhere to CLIA standards.
