Kingman Healthcare is seeking a Medical Technologist to join the Laboratory Services team. The role involves performing tests according to SOPs, maintaining QC records, and ensuring accurate reporting of results.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Technology and expect to obtain MLS/AMT/NCA within 1 year of hire, with a minimum of 1 year of hospital lab experience preferred. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position under the Laboratory

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related clinical science field from an accredited institution.
• Certification/licensure required within 1 year of hire (MLS/AMT/AAB/NCA).
• Experience: minimum of 1 year in hospital laboratory setting preferred.

• Perform test procedures per SOPs with accuracy and correlate data.
• Maintain proficiency testing records and quality control activities.
• Adhere to QC policies and document calibrations and maintenance.
• Identify problems affecting test performance and notify leadership.
• Complete routines and STATs within time frames and coordinate multiple tests.
