Job summary

Lighthouse Lab Services represents a Boston-area laboratory seeking an LCMS Toxicology Technologist to support specimen prep and LC-MS/MS operations. The role focuses on instrument operation, QC, and daily workflow to ensure timely patient results.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in high-complexity testing, familiarity with LCMS and toxicology, and a BS in Biology or related field. MT(ASCP) is preferred; Indiko Plus and Agilent 6400 experience a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Biology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of laboratory training or experience in high complexity testing.
• MT (ASCP) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specimens for toxicology testing.
• Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS instrumentation for routine clinical testing.
• Perform daily QC, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
• Review instrument performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure accurate specimen handling and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with workflow to ensure timely patient results.
• Collaborate with leadership to support daily operations and quality initiatives.
