Job summary

Eurofins Norwood, MA is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform tests and analyses under supervision. You will handle specimen management, instrument operation and data entry while following SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications include a BS in a relevant science or related degree with required biology/chemistry coursework; experience with data entry and laboratory platforms is preferred. Evening shifts Tue–Sat with full-time benefits offered.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Biological, Physical, or Chemical Science; OR related science degree with 16 hours Biology, 16 hours Chemistry and 3 hours Math

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses under the direction of a lab supervisor or scientist.
• Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment per SOPs.
• Document corrective actions, troubleshooting and quality assurance activities.
• Label, store, and manage specimens; prepare reagents and materials for testing.
• Enter data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Adhere to timelines, policies, and safety regulations in the lab.
