Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Laboratory Technician to assist in daily laboratory functions, including cleaning, preparation/extraction, and stocking supplies, in compliance with QA programs and SOPs. May involve standing for long periods and handling chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, computer skills, and professional English proficiency; authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs, written and verbal instructions.
• Performs routine laboratory cleaning.
• Performs disposal of chemical waste using approved methods.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Accurately enters data into LIMS.
• Washes and inventories glassware and specialized equipment; may prepare equipment for shipping.
