Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year relevant experience or Associates with 3+ years relevant experience or HS diploma with 7+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in a regulated laboratory environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of GxP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample preparation activities per SOPs.
• Operate lab equipment: pipettes, automated liquid handlers, spectrophotometers, centrifuges.
• Assist with calibration, maintenance, and documentation.
• Process and store biological samples per protocols.
• Document processes accurately and alert deviations.
• Register samples for lab processing and manage inventory.
• Assist with SOP edits, validation, and training.
• Support process development for new services.
