Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is hiring an Analyst I in Long Beach, CA. You will perform routine laboratory tasks under close supervision, handling sample preparation, analysis, and data entry in a compliant environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma (or higher) with related experience or a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with laboratory instrumentation. You will support quality programs and may assist management as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with 2+ years related experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory principles and instrumentation.
• Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and rush orders.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standards, solutions, reagents, media, and samples for analyses.
• Utilize laboratory equipment to process and analyze samples.
• Record observations and data accurately; maintain logs and equipment records.
• Enter data into computerized LIMS and support administrative tasks.
• Possible duties of Technical Manager or Study Manager as needed.
• Comply with safety and quality programs.
