Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing in Middleborough, MA seeks a Laboratory Technician I to perform basic sample preparations, simple analyses, and custodial duties. The role is full-time, Mon–Fri, 11:00am–8:00pm, with 40–45 hours weekly and a pay of $19–$20 per hour (DOE).

Ideal candidates hold a science-related bachelor’s degree, can work nights/weekends when needed, and are proficient in Word/Excel. Pre-employment screens apply.

Qualifications

• Experience following SOPs for sample prep and analysis.
• Ability to perform basic analytical tasks and document results.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs for receipt and handling of samples and reagents.
• Perform simple analyses or instrument use to generate data.
• Maintain sample inventory, storage and disposal per policy.
• Accurately document activities and results after training.
• Assist chemists and other technicians as needed.
• Support hazardous waste management and ensure proper disposal.
