Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to support daily lab operations, perform sample preparation, and maintain storage and safety protocols. You will follow QA SOPs, assist in various prep techniques, and help ensure accurate analysis and reporting of results.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, basic chemistry coursework, and legal US work authorization; salary ranges from $16 to $20 per hour with full benefits and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: High school Chemistry coursework, basic laboratory experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves samples from Sample Control for analysis.
• Performs sample preparation using listed methods and prepares reagents.
• Resolves discrepancies to ensure proper labeling.
• Prepares general lab paperwork and logs results.
• Washes glassware and stocks supplies.
• Cleans work areas and assists other lab areas as needed.
