Job summary

Eurofins USA Food Testing is hiring for a Dietary Fiber technician on 2nd shift (Sun–Thu) or 3rd shift (Tue–Sat). You will follow Quality System documents, perform routine sample testing, prepare solutions, and keep precise logs in a fast-paced laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality system documents relevant to responsibilities (ISO/IEC 17025 and company policies).
• Assist in daily assaying of samples and perform testing from daily work list.
• Set up and weigh batches of samples; prepare solutions for daily testing.
• Maintain accurate records in logbooks and eLIMS; ensure data is timely and accurate.
• Maintain a clean, safe laboratory and dispose of hazardous wastes according to procedures.
• Identify method/matrix/analytical difficulties and report to supervisor with proposed solutions.
• Promote company image through ethical business practices and teamwork.
