CTL Colfax is seeking a motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team, performing testing on food, dairy, water, and wastewater samples. Training provided; no prior laboratory experience is required.

You will learn to receive samples, prepare them, operate instruments, record results, and help ensure quality and regulatory compliance in a hands-on, safety-minded environment.

  • Record and interpret test results with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain laboratory notebooks, reports, and computerized records.
  • Verify quality control standards and ensure reliable test results.
  • Clean, sterilize, and maintain laboratory equipment and work areas.
  • Support our quality assurance and regulatory compliance programs.
