We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Lab Technician/Engineer to support laboratory operations through setup, testing, analysis, maintenance, and documentation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across research, development, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and instruments for experiments, tests, and product development
• Perform technical and analytical tests following standard procedures and protocols
• Record, interpret, and analyze data with attention to accuracy and reliability
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab equipment and instruments
• Follow strict safety and cleanliness standards, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials
• Document procedures, observations, and results in detailed technical reports or logs
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and other technical staff on research and development projects
• Assist in quality control and assurance processes by conducting routine inspections and checks
• Ensure laboratory inventory is maintained, including ordering and stocking supplies

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Experience: Experience in a laboratory or engineering environment preferred
• Proficiency in laboratory software and data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of lab safety protocols and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, GMP)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
