Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Huntsville, AL. The role offers a pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour with hours from 7:00am to 5:00pm and a temp-to-hire path.

Responsibilities include chemical blend and sample preparation for various mechanical tests, support for glass testing, and routine instrument checks under supervision. Requires an Associate degree in Science and 0–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Level I: 0-3 years.
• Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine laboratory operations in a quality assurance or research setting.

Laboratory Technician

Summary:

Chemical blend preparation, Sample preparation for interlayer, sealant, primer for various mechanical tests. Support Glass testing.

Qualifications:

• Level I: 0-3 years.
• Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine laboratory operations in a quality assurance or research setting.

Duties usually consist of:

• Making measurements, performing several routine quantitative and qualitative biological or chemical analytical tests according to standard procedures.
• Assists higher level technicians in setup of laboratory equipment and in recording data for experiments and procedures.
• Performs routine and safety program checks and preventive maintenance on instruments

Requirements:

• Requires knowledge in using various instruments to prepare for and perform tests. .
• Associate degree in Science with at least one year industrial or lab experience.
