Responsibilities

• Assists Manager and Administrative Director with day-to-day hematology operations.
• Manages personnel, staffing, and training; monitors quality control and proficiency testing.
• Develops, evaluates and implements laboratory methodologies and protocols.
• Oversees equipment, supplies, inventories, and calibration where applicable.
• Acts as liaison to customers and ensures safe, compliant laboratory operations.

CLT/CLS Clinical Laboratory Technologist/Scientist, HT-ASCP Histotechnician, or HTL-ASCP Histotechnologist, MLS Medical Laboratory Scientist
