The role you’ll contribute:

The Laboratory Supervisor manages specific aspects of laboratory operations, including workflow, quality control, procedures, performance improvement, staff training, advanced problem solving, and equipment maintenance. They support department leadership in achieving goals, perform analytical testing of blood and biological specimens, and follow laboratory policies to maintain quality. Active participation in customer service and respectful relationship management are essential.
