Job Summary and Qualifications

We are looking for a Non-Technical Supervisor to provide expertise and champion results. Our team works hard to support each other, and we seek a phenomenal addition who values the patient experience as much as we do.

You Will:

• Supervise laboratory non-technical personnel and daily operations.
• Manage personnel, processes, service levels, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities may include specimen collection, processing, and referral testing. Perform non-technical duties as required.
• Achieve department goals for service, quality, compliance, financial performance, personnel management, patient satisfaction, and a healthy work environment.
• Screens, interviews, and selects qualified candidates for open positions.
• Review and approve payroll, purchasing requisitions, check requests, and schedules.
• Complete and conduct performance evaluations for staff under supervision.

You Should Have:

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; vocational or technical education is helpful.
• 3-5 years’ experience in specimen collection or processing.
• Clinical laboratory experience preferred.
