Data Innovations is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help customers achieve clinical laboratory software connectivity goals and optimize workflows. You will provide advanced technical consulting, implement, train, and support Data Innovations products through the project lifecycle.

The role requires laboratory workflow expertise, independent work style, and strong communication skills to guide customers and partners across pre- and post-go-live phases. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing laboratory software connectivity projects.
• Ability to manage small to medium projects end-to-end.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Pass background and drug screening and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement laboratory connectivity solutions and best practices.
• Provide advanced technical consulting and training throughout implementations.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines using QA methodologies.
• Document project status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
