Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in hospital laboratory leadership.
• Clinical Lab Supervisor license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staffing is appropriate for services and volume.
• Develops and manages budgets for personnel and operations on an ongoing basis.
• Promotes goals within own department and seeks to influence other parts of the organization.
• Follows and supports Target 100 principles.
• Achieves annual departmental goals as applicable.
• Ensures ongoing compliance with competency assessment and timely evaluations.
• Implements orientation, training and staff development processes.
