Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and three years relevant program management or healthcare experience required, preferably with quality and safety emphasis.
• Experience coordinating survey activities and accreditation requirements for pathology and laboratory settings.

• Direct rounding in labs to include monitoring and safety oversight.
• Track data/trends to improve employee and patient safety and quality.
• Support CAP regulatory standards monitoring and implementation across lab operations.
