Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred with at least 5 years’ experience in a healthcare quality/safety program.
• Alternate: bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare quality/safety.
• Experience in pathology and laboratory services is required.
• Certification as CPHQ or Patient Safety is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all QAPI and regulatory/accreditation activities.
• Collect, analyze, and present performance data to oversight groups.
• Manage a team including managers, coordinators, data analysts, and registry staff.
• Collaborate with Risk Management on event reviews and actions.
• Work with stakeholders to disseminate quality data and benchmark performance.
