Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina seeks a System Quality and Safety Manager to collaborate with Path/Lab ICCE leadership. • Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related medical or scientific discipline to meet CLIA requirements.
• 5+ years related work experience or a Master’s with 3+ years related work experience.
• Certification by ASCP BOC or AMT MLS for MLS/CLS.

• Lead and support the QAPI and safety program across pathology and laboratory spaces.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate quality data; benchmark performance.
