Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership and operational oversight of the Phlebotomy team.
• Develop, implement, and improve the Quality Management System across Baystate Health Laboratories.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Coordinate and support quality assurance programs, training, and regulatory inspections.
