Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Project Coordinator to support laboratory testing projects. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, manage project records, and ensure accurate documentation in the LIMS/CRM systems.

You will coordinate startup activities, monitor timelines, and provide timely updates to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and compliance across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a scientific, laboratory, client service, project coordination, or related environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience coordinating projects in laboratory/pharmaceutical environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and lab software platforms (LIMS/CRM/eQMS).
• Knowledge of regulated laboratory environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review quotations, purchase orders, protocols, methods, specifications, client instructions, and related documentation to ensure project requirements are accurately captured.
• Create, maintain, and update project records and study designs within Eurofins LIMS, CRM platforms, and other designated systems.
• Coordinate project startup activities, ensuring required methods, materials, specifications, and documentation are available prior to project initiation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client communication and provide timely project updates.
• Schedule and coordinate project activities with laboratory operations, quality assurance, sample administration, finance, business development, and other supporting departments.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and action items to help ensure commitments are met.
• Track project scope changes and assist with change-order documentation and approvals when needed.
• Support invoice review activities and assist with the resolution of routine billing questions.
• Escalate project risks, delays, or issues to appropriate stakeholders and support resolution efforts.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and traceable project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in team cross-training and provide coverage support as needed.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and client requirements.
