Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Project Manager to oversee study design, documentation, and coordination across Operations, QA, Finance, and business development. You will ensure timelines, track milestones, and communicate risks while maintaining compliant project records in LIMS and related systems.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology or related field, at least 2 years of experience, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review quotations, purchase orders, protocols, methods and records to establish documented requirements.
• Create and maintain study designs and project records in LIMS and other systems.
• Coordinate work across Operations, QA, Analytical Test Designers, Finance, and Business Development.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risks; provide timely updates and escalation.
• Ensure scope alignment and manage change orders and billing milestones.
