Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow activities between all laboratory sections.
• Supervise and assign duties to laboratory staff.
• Prepare and transmit legacy and current reports to clients or headquarters.
• Maintain calibration schedules and GM-tube performance.
• Oversee procurement activities and LN2 consumption.
• Ensure laboratory procedures are developed, revised, and validated.
• Monitor and coordinate equipment maintenance and PM schedules.
• Lead staff development and performance reviews.
• Ensure End-of-Day safety and housekeeping standards.
