Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Production Laboratory Supervisor to lead laboratory production areas, coordinate workflow, and ensure on-time delivery of quality products. You will supervise Process Specialists, oversee data reporting, and manage procurement, calibration and safety procedures to meet goals.

The role requires budgeting, capital expenditure input, staff development, timesheet approvals, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3-5 years of directly related experience.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials/transportation and environmental controls.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately +/-10%.
• US citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.
• Familiarity with design, analysis and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow activities between laboratory sections and supervise staff.
• Develop schedules, allocate personnel, and manage budgets for production areas.
• Produce, QC and transmit legacy reports and respond to data requests.
• Maintain equipment calibration schedules, procurements and LN2 usage.
• Ensure proper laboratory documentation, training records and safety procedures.
