CSL in Knoxville seeks an Associate Director, Laboratory Operations to lead lab operations across shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will guide Managers and senior leaders, manage staffing and resources, and partner with Quality, HR, Facilities, IT, and engineering to support growth.

The role emphasizes strategic execution, performance management, process optimization, and change leadership in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant laboratory experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Regulatory knowledge including FDA, GMP, GLP, and CLIA standards is required.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills to drive operational results.
• Experience solving complex operational defects and adapting to shifting priorities.

• Translate lab-wide goals into actionable plans and establish KPIs.
• Monitor Laboratory Operations KPIs and lead performance reviews.
• Lead initiatives to improve lab efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, cGMP, and internal SOPs; drive CAPAs.
• Oversee staffing plans, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Prepare operating budgets and monitor financial performance with leadership.
