Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or closely related field and 1 year of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in microbial and molecular techniques (PCR, culturing, aseptic technique).
• Experience with laboratory operations, scheduling, and systems management.
• Experience educating and training personnel and maintaining laboratory supplies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department research studies and lab activities to ensure SOP compliance.
• Review data and prepare client reports; correct discrepancies.
• Coordinate schedules and manage resources to ensure timely results.
• Travel up to 10% to visit other company labs.
