Job summary

Kimble Hospital in Wisconsin is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor responsible for managing all aspects of laboratory operations. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while supervising laboratory staff to provide safe and accurate laboratory testing.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Lab Science, possess supervisory experience, and be knowledgeable about quality control and laboratory regulations. A Basic Life Support certificate is also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years lab training or experience in non-waived specialty/subspecialty.
• 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Registered by a national registry (AMT, ASCP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for lab operations.
• Manage laboratory staff and oversee hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Conduct quality control and performance improvement initiatives.
