Pace Analytical seeks a Supervisor for on-site operations in Lexington, VA. The role oversees lab, services and field activities, manages staff, and ensures test accuracy and data integrity.

You will provide leadership, guidance and budget awareness, while coordinating cross-functional activities to meet client needs. The ideal candidate holds a chemistry or biology degree with five years of relevant experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity, and demonstrates strong regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or related field and five years of lab/field/testing experience; two years of team leadership preferred.
• Must maintain required licenses/certifications in active status.
• Strong supervisory, communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff including hiring, training and performance evaluations.
• Oversees lab, services, field operations, scheduling, inventories and coordination.
• Ensures accuracy of tests, data and related records through audits and reviews.
• Interprets policies and provides guidance to management and staff.
• Provides analysis and recommendations on lab or testing programs.
