Pace Analytical is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to provide leadership and technical guidance across laboratory, services, field, and testing operations. You will ensure policies and practices are executed accurately and efficiently while supporting employees, management, and customer needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field, five years of relevant experience, and preferred two years of team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or related field.
• Five years of laboratory, services, field, or testing experience.
• Two years of team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, compensation recommendations.
• Oversee testing, scheduling, inventory, services, communication, and lab/field operations.
• Provide guidance on lab and operational policies.
• Analyze trends and present insights to management.
• Support department budgets, timelines, staffing and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Foster a collaborative, professional and safe work environment.
