Pace Analytical is seeking a frontline supervisor to lead lab, services and field operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee testing activities, inventory, scheduling and cross-functional coordination while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in lab or testing settings, and the ability to guide teams and manage projects with budgets and timelines.

• Supervising and evaluating employees and providing related recommendations.
• Training others in policies and procedures related to the work.
• Performing very complex to specialized professional-level lab, services, field or testing duties.
• Overseeing and administering broad and varied lab, services, field or testing functions.
• Interpreting, applying and explaining applicable laws, codes and regulations.
• Preparing very complex to specialized functional reports and documents.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises staff including hiring, training, evaluating performance, providing compensation recommendations, and performance management.
• Oversees operations across testing, scheduling, inventories, services, and coordination of the lab and field.
• Provides analysis, guidance and decisions to staff and management on lab policies and testing practices.
• Ensures accuracy of tests and databases via audits and reviews and resolves discrepancies.
• Analyzes operations and presents results and recommendations to management.
• Participates in department or cross-functional project objectives, including budgets and timelines.
• Interprets applicable policies and assists with laws and regulations guidance.
• Contributes to team goals and fosters a collaborative workplace environment.
• Promotes Pace Analytical mission and maintains professional interactions with customers and staff.
