Riverwood Healthcare Center seeks a Laboratory General Supervisor in Aitkin, MN to lead daily lab operations, ensure quality testing, and uphold regulatory compliance. You will supervise MLA staff, develop schedules, review timekeeping, and enforce lab protocols.

You will partner with the Technical Specialist on process improvements, oversee new-employee orientation, and participate in hospital quality initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory.
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory operations, quality control, and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of the laboratory.
• Supervise MLA staff, review timekeeping, and develop staff schedules.
• Enforce laboratory protocols and administer competency assessments.
• Uphold compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Technical Specialist on process improvements and department enhancements.
• Oversee new employee orientation and training; represent the laboratory in meetings.
