• Four years of experience as MT/MLT/Histotech/Cytotech.
• ASCP/AMT certifications preferred (MLT/MLS/CT/HTL).

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising all lab areas and staffing to ensure patient care.
• Participate in staff orientation and performance reviews.
• Coordinate reference laboratory workflows and ensure timely results.
• Oversee instrument operation and adherence to SOPs.
• Communicate policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
