The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, certification as a Medical Technologist, and significant supervisory experience. You will be responsible for maintaining laboratory standards, implementing quality assurance programs, and supporting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of laboratory experience with three years in a supervisory role.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist by ASCP or AMT.
• Current license as a Medical Laboratory Scientist in the state where services are provided.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates laboratory services supporting patient care.
• Establish quality standards and troubleshoot laboratory procedures.
• Implement new methods, instrumentation, and procedures in the laboratory.
