Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science or medical technology required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist or related role.
• Certification for MT/MLS/CLS/MLT from ASCP/AMT/AAB/HEW/HHS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of testing performance for laboratory personnel.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, TJC, CAP, AABB and other regulatory standards.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate work activities for assigned sections and shifts.
• Maintain training and competency records for technical staff and participate in performance reviews.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and quality control programs for assigned area.
